By downloading or using our apps, including MyRenewals: Sub Track & Cancel, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
App Usage
Our apps are designed to help users manage subscriptions and track renewal dates.
You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are securely processed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Prices and plans are subject to change, with notice provided in the app.
Free Trial
If offered, a 7-day free trial will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively through the App Store or Google Play.
We do not process refunds directly.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within our apps and website are the property of Magic Lab Solutions.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without written permission.
User Content
Any subscription data or notes you add remain your property.
We only process your data to enable the app’s functionality — we do not claim ownership.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that reminders will always be delivered on time.
Limitation of Liability
Magic Lab Solutions is not liable for:
- Missed renewals or charges caused by third-party services.
- Data loss or corruption due to device issues.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
