Under the Broken Moon — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Under the Broken Moon is a single-player shelter-building game developed by Hoffmann Tech LTDA (“we”, “us”), published as MagicLab Solutions. We collect nothing about you: nothing you do in the game reaches us.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no accounts of its own, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn’t connect to our servers or anyone else’s. Every picture, sound and spoken line ships inside the app. The only things that leave your device go to Apple, through your own Apple Account, as described below.
Your shelter and iCloud
Your shelters, the names you give them and your people, your progress through the sites and your settings are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of your shelters and progress in your own iCloud storage (iCloud key-value storage), so they follow you to your other devices. That copy belongs to your Apple Account; we can’t see or read it. Sound settings stay on each device. You can stop syncing by turning iCloud off for the game in your device’s settings. Deleting the app deletes what is on that device; the iCloud copy is removed under Apple’s rules for iCloud data.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, the game reports the achievements you earn and your scores on its leaderboards to Game Center, so they show there and, if your Game Center settings allow it, to your friends and other players. Game Center is Apple’s service, covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy; we don’t collect your Game Center identity. You can sign out of Game Center, or change who sees your activity, in your device’s settings, and the game plays the same without it.
Links out of the game
The settings screen can open the App Store (to rate the game), your email app (to write to us) and pages on this website. What happens there is covered by those services’ own policies; if you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you.
Apple
If you have agreed to share analytics with app developers in your device’s settings, Apple may share crash reports and usage statistics with us, under Apple’s Privacy Policy. They don’t identify you.
Children
Under the Broken Moon does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If the game ever begins to collect anything, such as for purchases or other online features, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above before it does.
